High Tech Central's Student Services Department provides support services related to matriculation, orientation, and other related activities that focus on student success. The Student Services Department provides support for students as they transition from high school to postsecondary education and for adult students to transition from the classroom to the workplace through wise career choices. Prospective students are assisted in choosing technical programs and related services that support their individual goals, abilities, and interests.

The department oversees all aspects of student life at the school, to include admissions counseling, career counseling, academic counseling, student records, job placement assistance, financial aid assistance, student fees, and cooperative learning coordination.
